  • How Many Backflow do I have on site?
    Every building is different. The average is 2 backflows. One for your domestic line and one for you irrigation line. If you have a fire sprinkler system they you will have a fireline backflow as well.
  • Do ALL the backflows on site need to be tested?
    Yes. Each backflow will need to be tested.
  • What state and/or cities can you test at?
    We can currently test in the flowing regions. If your region is not listed please contact us as we can test anywhere in Texas and New Mexico El Paso Horizon Socorro Sunland Park Las Cruses
  • Do you test after hours?
    Yes. We are 24/7 and can provide are services at anytime.
  • What happens if I don't install a backflow?
    If the city has ask you with a letter to install a device and you do not, they will shut off your water until you get one installed or tested with a passing test.
  • I do not have a backflow, do I need one?
    If the city has instructed you to obtain a passing backflow test and you do not have a backflow. Yes , you will need to have a backflow installed as soon as possible.
  • The boxes on the city letter are blank, what does this mean?
    If you got a letter from the city and the boxes are blank, this means you device has never been tested so they do not have a record of it, or that your property does not have a backflow on site.
  • How do i know if I have a backflow?
    The backflow device is usually outside. It can however be inside your building as well. If you provide us with the address we can try and look to see from google maps if you have one. If not we will need to go and inspect the area.
  • I got a letter from the city, what do I do?
    The letter from the city is stating that you must get your backflow device(s) inspected. They will need a passing test report.
  • Will the repairs work?
    Maybe. The repair is not guaranteed and can result in more damage leading to a replacement.
  • What happens if the test fails?
    If the test fails, it means something is wrong with the backflow. Repairs will need to be made (there is a charge for repairs).
  • Will my water be turned off for testing?
    Yes. The water will be turned off for a few minuets while testing.
  • When does my backflow need to be tested?
    Your backflow device must be tested once a year.
  • Why does my backflow need to be tested?
    To ensure that your backflow is operating correctly.
  • How long will the test take?
    The test should take no longer than 30 minuets depending on how many devices are on site.
  • Is there a consultation charge?
    Yes, we charge $50 to go and see if you have a backflow device and if you do not to get your a quote for an installation. If you decide to go with us for the installation, repair or replacement this charge is waved.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accepts Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, and Skrill
  • Can you provide a W-9?
    Yes, upon request.
